Important vinyl monomer.The homopolymer generated by polymerization is insoluble in water, but has “water respiration”.Water absorption rate of up to 20-25% of the weight of the resin, and when the environmental humidity is lower than 60%, the polymer absorbed water and released, water on the polymer, plays a plasticizer role.By utilizing this unique property, a variety of applications can be developed.
