Usage
Ethyl linoleate and linoleic acid have the same effect of lowering cholesterol and blood lipids, can prevent or alleviate atherosclerosis. The side effect of ethyl linoleate is much lighter than that of oleic acid. It can also be used as the raw material of beniol.
