Papain Usage

1. Mainly used for beer cold resistance, meat softening, pre-cooking of cereals, production of hydrolyzed protein

2. Papain activates fibrinogen to plasmin. It only acts on necrotic tissuetodissolvefibrin, blood clots and necrotic material in the lesion. It cleans the woundand promotes the granulationand apocenosis, so as toaccelerate wound healing.
