After passing the evaluation, the two parties will further discuss and sign a confidential customized project contract, and start the project research and development process until the delivery conditions are met.

For this type of project, the Sinocure team generally cooperates more with European and American pharmaceutical research and development institutions. The customer provides target product information and desianates the relevant R&D leader or team within the Sinocure team, and both parties communicate in real time to jointly promote project progress. Both parties or the customer unilaterally own the intellectual property rights of the target product, its reaction route, and preparation process, and the entire process is kept confidential. This type of approach is more suitablefor the research and development of new drug molecules.The Sinocure team is only responsible for the process and does not bear risks for the final results.

The customer provides the required target product information, as well as the restriction requirements of reaction conditions, final overall yield requirements and cost control range. The Sinocure team conducts project assessments on the improveability and innovation of existing routes. After passing the evaluation, the two parties reach a project cooperation agreement and can choose whether to keep the final technical information of the project confidential and buy out the optimization route according to the customer’s requirements. The Sinocure team conducts small trials and pilot trials of the new process route before scaling up production to meet technology transfer delivery conditions.

The customer provides the required target product information, target price range, and delivery cycle requirements for the Sinocure R&D team to conduct project evaluation. After passing the evaluation, the Sinocure team conducts project research and development, optimization and commercial scale-up production on its own and delivers the final product directly to the customer. Customers do not bear the risk of failure of R&D projects, but they do not own the intellectual property rights and third-party confidentiality obligations of such projects. This type of project has a wide range of applicability and is suitable for more mature products on the market. Customers mainly face the trade market.
